Our cuisine is best described as African inspired fusion and will keep any guest's appepetite happy. Prepared fresh daily with the finest ingredients, our chefs take great pride in their offerings being of the highest quality.
All meals are served around our large communal hosted dining table. Breakfast and lunch are taken in the main dining tent. In the evening guests can share their experiences of the day with each other while dining to the sounds of the African evening by candle light on the river bank where we locate the table.

Breakfast is buffet style consisting of freshly brewed coffee, teas and fresh juices; toast and oatmeal, a daily selection of pastries and muffins; cold meats and cheese; cereal, including home made meusli; and fresh fruit salad. Cooked breakfasts are available to order. Breakfast is served in the dining tent.
Buffet lunch consists of a selection of hot dishes, including vegetarian, fresh salads and a special bread of the day rounded off with a petite desert or selection of cheeses. Lunch is served in the dining tent.
Guests enjoy freshly made lemonade or iced tea served with a selection of sweet and savoury delicacies.
Dinners are three course served with South African wines. Dinner is served at our hosted table where you can share the adventures of the day, on the bank of the river or in the privacy of your own tent served by your personal Muchinda.
